Jethro Marsh GAICD, MBA — Non-Executive Director & Treasurer
Jethro Marsh is an experienced senior executive and Non-Executive Director with a career spanning healthcare, technology, human services and other complex and regulated sectors.
He has held senior commercial and executive leadership roles with organisations including Telstra Health, Roche Diagnostics, Alsco, Fuji Xerox and Nearmap, with responsibility for large-scale commercial portfolios, growth strategy, organisational transformation, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Jethro brings to the Action Research Centre Board experience in governance, financial and commercial oversight, strategy, risk and organisational sustainability. As Treasurer, he supports the Board’s stewardship of ARC’s financial resources and its focus on building a sustainable platform for long-term impact.
A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holder of an MBA, Jethro is particularly interested in helping purpose-led organisations combine strong governance and commercial discipline with measurable social impact.
