Arch is a strategy, policy and reform leader with a passion for improving social outcomes through evidence-informed policy, strong governance and practical action. Her career spans senior roles across government and industry, including the Victorian public sector and more than a decade in technology and consulting, advising executive leaders on strategy, investment and organisational performance.
Drawing on both professional and lived experience, Arch is deeply committed to advancing equity, inclusion and social justice. She is passionate about creating opportunities for people and communities that have historically faced barriers to participation and success, and believes research, community voice and effective governance can be powerful drivers of meaningful and lasting change.
As a Non-Executive Director and Board Secretary of the Action Research Centre, Arch supports the organisation's governance, policy development and strategic direction.
